The group meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
August 30, 2017 at the Office of Radio & Television/WJMJ Radio, 15 Peach
Orchard Road, Prospect, CT. Travel documents, luggage tags and
other information will be distributed and discussed. Please click
HERE for directions. If you are
not able to attend the group meeting your tour package will be mailed
via U.S. Priority Mail service with signature confirmation by Friday,
August 25. 2017.

Airline tickets, Passports,
etc.
Alitalia has issued all passengers
e-Tickets. You will only need to provide your name and your valid
passport to check-in for your flights. Don't forget to bring your
passport with you on September 17th. You can't and won't get to
Italy from the U.S.A. without it. Also, please make sure your
passport does not expire for at least 6 months after your scheduled
return date (March 30, 2018).
IMPORTANT -
please remember to pack any prescription
medicines or diabetic supplies
in your CARRY-ON bag.
DO NOT PACK THESE ITEMS IN YOUR CHECKED BAGGAGE!

Airport Transfer Schedule
Please plan to arrive at
your pickup location no later than 15 minutes
prior to departure to allow sufficient time for passenger boarding and
baggage loading.
Neither the tour operator nor its agents are responsible
if you miss your assigned transfer to JFK.
If you are providing your own
transportation to JFK International Airport, please plan to arrive and
check-in with Alitalia (Terminal 1) at least
three (3) hours (7:21 p.m.)
prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.

that any motor vehicle parked, operated or driven on 15 Peach Orchard
Road, Prospect, Connecticut (AKA 37 Peach Orchard Road) shall be done so
at the risk of the owner and operator. ORTV, Inc. - Office of Radio &
Television/WJMJ Radio (the "Tour Sponsor"), Counterpoint Communications,
Inc. ("Counterpoint") and/or FJ Tours, LLC (the "Tour Operator") shall
not be liable for damage to such motor vehicle, vehicle contents, the
operator, other occupants, or any other person unless such damage
resulted from the negligence of the Tour Sponsor, Counterpoint and/or
