Group Meeting
The group meeting was held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Office of Radio & Television/WJMJ Radio, 15 Peach Orchard Road,
Prospect, CT.
Travel documents, luggage tags and other information were distributed
and discussed. If you were not able to attend the group meeting
your tour documents were mailed via U.S. Priority Mail service with
signature confirmation on Thursday, September 10, 2015.

Airline tickets, Passports,
etc.
United Airlines has issued all
passengers e-Tickets. You will only need to provide your name and
your valid passport to check-in for your flights. Don't forget to bring your passport with you on
September 25th. You can't and won't get
to Portugal from the U.S.A. without it. Also, please make sure your
passport does not expire for at least 6 months after your scheduled
departure date
(March 25, 2015).
IMPORTANT
- please remember to pack any prescription
medicines or
diabetic supplies in your CARRY-ON bag.

Airport Transfer Schedule
Please
plan to arrive at the pickup location no later than 15 minutes
prior to departure to allow sufficient time for passenger boarding and baggage
loading.
Neither the tour operator nor its agents are responsible if you miss your
airport transfer to Newark.
If you are providing your own
transportation to Newark International Airport, please plan to arrive and
check-in with United Airlines (Terminal C) at least
three (3) hours
prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.

Airlines is 2:00 p.m.; however, actual departure time will depend on
flight arrival time and passengers clearing passport control,
baggage claim and customs.
Depending on Newark departure time, transfer arrives Prospect, CT -
Office of Radio & Television/WJMJ Radio (ORTV/WJMJ), 15 Peach Orchard
Road between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Luggage Tags
Please do not forget to attach the
Green Collette luggage tag, prior to departure, to your
ONE (1) piece of
checked baggage. Upon arrival in Lisbon attach the Grey paper
luggage tag before boarding the transfer to the hotel.
